The Next Gen Leader – The Leadership Flagship Event

Event Description

Leadership is the capacity to turn vision into reality. But do you have the vision to turn the reality into an opportunistic future?

“Are you the Next Gen Leader?“

The NextGen Leader is an event that provides an opportunity for the gifted ones to demonstrate how they can build the future. An amalgamation of theory with field exercises, TNGL tests every facet of a leader by putting the young B-schooler in the management arena to give his best. With the theme of the fest as “Melange of Ideas”, the TNGL event provides aspiring CEOs to present their business ideas and compete with the best of minds in the country. It is not a title to be won; it is a journey you would crave to live. It is your time to be the leader you would follow!
